CNC Manufacturing Manager - (Automotive and CNC Manufacturing Experience Required)

2nd Shift 4:00pm-12:30am

Location: Greenfield, IN
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

First Call Direct Hire Recruiting is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Manufacturing Manager with Automotive and CNC manufacturing expertise to oversee operations, ensure production efficiency, and drive continuous improvement for one of our great clients. This role will lead teams, optimize processes, and maintain quality and safety standards while meeting company objectives.

Essential Duties and Key Functions:

• Develop and maintain business plans to meet production requirements for safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Ensure all production areas comply with quality control standards.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, providing periodic reports and corrective action plans as needed.
• Oversee the development of manufacturing production plans, including manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
• Ensure cost, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinate with Quality, Safety, Maintenance, HR, and other departments to optimize production.
• Analyze production reports, resolve operational issues, and drive process improvements.
• Manage and develop team leaders and supervisors to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Leadership Expectations:

• Lead Assistant Managers and Group Leaders, overseeing approximately 50 employees across the CNC Machining and Forming Departments.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to ensure an engaged and productive workforce.
