Currently S.S.S Company is growing and is seeking to hire a fulltime Manufacturing Associate.

Essential duties and responsibilities

The manufacturing associate will perform all duties in accordance to SOPs, cGMPs, GDP and batch records in addition to any other regulatory requirements. 

• Ensures that all equipment and work areas have been cleaned and sanitized as per SOPs and operate in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Procedures
• Manufactures batches in accordance with batch instructions and in a timely fashion for all products including liquids, creams and tablets
• Verifying that all necessary materials are correct, present and released. Obtain supervisory verification of all weights and measurements to assure correctness of quantities and calculations prior to processing. Assure containers are free from dust and debris
• Pulls necessary packaging components for batches and works with Manufacturing Leadership and Quality Assurance to have them issued
•  Breaks down equipment to be used in manufacturing activities
• Rotates through the production process and conducts quality checks on in process products
• Transfers completed products to the proper in-process quarantine areas as appropriate
• Cleans floors of production lines, wash stations and work areas with detergents
• Performs all other duties as assigned

 Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous batching experience preferred
• Previous Manufacturing Industry experience (Minimum 2 years)
• Previous experience in a FDA regulated facility 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Math and critical thinking skills

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Position requires long periods of standing
• Ability to wear PPE (Including face masks)
