Machinist

Roles:

• Advanced knowledge of CNC G&M Code Programing. Haas and Tsugami
• Develop works prints and instructions, as needed.
• Proficient knowledge of Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry
• Advanced Computer Skills, CAD, CAM, PPT and Excel
•  Efficient use of Problem-Solving methodology and apply as needed.
• Develop and Lead training activities and develop training materials. 
• Develop process layout and document detailed work instructions.
• Serve as technical expert for Machining area.

Responsibilities:                                                                                                     

• Selects appropriate machine tools, materials, and processes for machining of simple parts.
• Effectively able to formulate and articulate schedule.
• Interfaces with all departments to best accomplish tasks assigned.
• Able to work in a group and/or independently.
• Exhibit a high degree of ethics.
• Produce High Quality work, free of defects.
• Effectively communicate job status, potential machine issues, potential quality issues and/or any other relevant concerns, through speaking, writing, and active listening.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail.
• Good team worker and positive attitude
• Learn and adapt to complex Manufacturing Processes
• Ability to work independently.  
• Performs housekeeping of machine and work area
• Other duties as assigned.
