Mold Technician Job Description:

• Set up and operate injection molding machines and robots to produce high-quality plastic parts
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the molding process to ensure smooth production
• Perform regular maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety protocols
