Job Summary
Job Description
Trailmanor, an RV manufacturer, is seeking a Full Time Production Scheduler.
Duties include but are not limited to planning and organizing production schedules, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time and maintaining workflow with staff. Experience in using ERP/MRP software and Microsoft Office is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, ensure optimal resource allocation, and manage production workflows to meet production targets and deadlines.
* Team Management: Supervise and mentor production staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance. Foster a positive work environment and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements, implement best practices, and lead initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
* Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the production team and conduct regular safety training and inspections.
* Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements to senior management.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth production processes and address any cross-functional issues.

Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field is preferred.
* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
* Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
* Commitment to quality and safety standards.
