We are looking for a skilled Production Coating Manager.

Responsibilities

General Department Operations and Maintenance
Scheduling Production
Assist in Quality Improvement and Trouble shooting
Interact with Coating Supplier
Attend Weekly Meetings with Management
Assist in Engineering Projects
Establishing Output Goals
Developing Employee work Schedules including OT if required.
Quality Testing
Partial tickets
Final tickets for billing
Quality documents
Labeling all box exteriors
Moving the product to shipping
Reviewing the open order log daily

Qualifications:

Experience in shop floor production management. Familiarity with coating processes. Good with people. Able to use a computer and diagnostic instruments. Can read blue prints. Background in Engineering with a 4-year degree and / or trade school education.
