This role will lead a team of logistics coordinators and material handlers to ensure timely delivery, efficient inventory management, and seamless support to field operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Core Duties & Responsibilities:Safety is our number one Core Value. Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite policies.Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture.Oversee all on-site logistics functions supporting multiple simultaneous projects.Lead and manage a team consisting of two Logistics Coordinators and several Material Handlers.Ensure timely receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment.Develop/maintain accurate tracking systems for material deliveries, inventory, and equipment usageCoordinate with vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams to schedule inbound/outbound shipments.Maintain clean, safe, and organized laydown and staging areas in compliance with site safety standards.Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Procurement teams to forecast needs and resolve delivery or inventory challenges.Generate regular reporting on material status, inventory counts, and logistics KPIs for leadership.Support initiatives related to PPE tracking, equipment rentals, team organization and asset accountability.Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.Education:High School Diploma or GED requiredForklift certification (or ability to obtain) and familiarity with safe material handling practices.Experience:3+ years of experience in logistics, materials management, or warehouse operations, preferably in construction or industrial environment.1+ years of team leadership experienceKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory tracking, and basic reporting tools.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Strong people management and delegation skills.Ability to support large-scale or hyperscale job sites.Familiarity with PPE protocols and vendor equipment rentals.WHAT WE OFFER:- Competitive pay- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- BICSI Training Facilities- A supportive and inclusive work environment.- Health, dental, and vision insurance.- Paid time off and holidays.WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment.
