Founded in November 1981 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Binders, Inc. is a full-service custom presentation and promotional products company. Our evolving product portfolio has grown over the decades from exclusively offering custom binders to adding complimentary products like index tabs, certificate and degree holders, restaurant menus, document holders, easels and many other custom presentation and promotional products. We serve a wide range of industries like finance, healthcare, legal, education, religious institutions and general business. We also serve as the production office for many printing companies where we produce their custom product orders and “blind ship” direct to their customer, so our printing partners can focus on what they do best – selling the next customer.

We have recently expanded our offering to add turned edge books and binders, calendars, apparel, writing instruments and thousands of other promotional products – fully customizable with the brand or logo of our customers.

We maintain a low cost, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with an emphasis on quality control and a dedication to total customer satisfaction. Many of our team members have over 10+ years in the custom products industry. Our goal is simple: match the price of big box retail with much better quality, while providing professional support and the convenience of a seamless online shopping experience. We strive to do this while delivering products customized to the customer’s specifications.
