Zero and span Compensation for Force, Pressure, and Electronics products
Hand soldering.
Computer operation.
Reading drawings.
Ensure product is assembled to required configuration
Operate production equipment, including Force deadweight and Hydraulic, Pressure Deadweight and Hydraulic, and Electronic
Digital and Analog outputs
Responsible for quality control; make adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs)
Complete daily production logs
Perform daily inspections on production equipment and tools; ESD, Calipers, DVM, Etc.
Communicate with operators from other shifts
Clean and maintain work area (5S)
May perform on the job training to new employees
Perform other duties as assigned
Your profile
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions with no assistance
Ability to add, subtract, and record data onto tabulation sheets
Ability to receive verbal instructions and comprehend them
Proficiency at Calibrating process & Test gauges to specified requirements
Ability to assemble and inspect gauges to specified workmanship standards
Experience with LEAN manufacturing concepts a plus
Computer literacy desired, but not required
